Some neighbors I created for Ryan's character design class. I had been looking at a lot of Steven Silver's stuff, (and I think I gave that lady a Joe Olson chin). I was going for shape and silhouette. I'm nowhere near where I'd like to be, but I'm glad I'm just starting to break free of my mold.
I also think that a lot of the time, the final drawings don't have the energy of the original sketches (there's just something about that blue pencil!)

Buddy, these designs look awesome, great flow and rhythm to the characters.
Nice, Kevin! Where is your awesome environment?

Man, you've really got good! I'm so glad you have a link to your old website. It's fun to see your new stuff too. How was the basketball game?
